You can book directly through our online calendar, or call/WhatsApp us. We will confirm availability before any booking is finalised.
7-What is your cancellation policy?
Please see our full Refund & Cancellation Policy. Generally, more than 48 hours’ notice = full refund.
8-Do you help with pets?
Yes — light pet care (feeding, water, litter trays, short local dog walks) is available as an add-on to our household help service.
9-Are you available on weekends?
Yes, we offer weekend support subject to availability.
10-How quickly can you help?
We usually respond to enquiries within a few hours and can often arrange help within 1–3 days, depending on our schedule.
