Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent.

Cancellations by You (the Client)

•  More than 48 hours before the booking → Full refund

•  Between 24 and 48 hours before the booking → 50% refund

•  Less than 24 hours before the booking → No refund

•  No-show (you do not answer the door or cancel on the day) → No refund

Cancellations or Refusals by Nick & Hugo

We will give a full refund if:

•  We are unable to provide the service on the agreed date/time

•  The booking is outside our service area (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and East Dorset – BH1 to BH17 postcodes)

•  We have to cancel for any other reason

How to Cancel

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Changing a Booking

If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We will try our best to accommodate changes.

Deposits

Any deposit paid is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or are a no-show.
